Overall Satisfaction with Genius Solutions

Genius Solutions is a strong ERP tool. Genius Solutions ERP made my work easier by managing all my accountings, and inventory-like stuff and allowing me to focus on my business. we are happy to be working with Genius Solutions ERP. It provide use with all the information's necessary to make decision regarding production and purchasing. They offer many different avenues for training; Genius E-class, Genius Academy and an in depth help section within the software for each module.

Pros

  • Training - Genius Solutions provide E shops for the product training which makes it more trustable.
  • The software is easy to learn and easy to operate. Every major updates comes with many new features, so it get better and better with every updates.
  • It is easy to navigate and learn. It has helped us streamline processes, reduce costs and increase customer responsiveness.

Cons

  • Customization of reports can be costly.
  • In my opinion the Quality section is not as good as we expected.
  • For Customization we need Power BI knowledge
  • Its reduced the production cost and make a control on extra costs,
  • Its helps us in growing as manufacturing unit
  • There is a lot of scope of improvement with its interface, customisation is very limited.
Genius Solutions is good ERP Tool. Dashboard is user friendly, Easily customizable reports. It monitors company financial documents to ensure they correspond effectively with expenditure. This is able to estimate, plan and make effectible production. Structure and layout is similar between different modules making it easier to navigate through. Its food software.
I am using above mentioned software on different clients. As for manufacturing client Genius Solutions ERP is good easy to maintain inventory, For BOM Creation its help. As per our need this software provides us valuable information and helps the business growing smoothly. Overall its easy to use and budget friendly.

As I am working for Manufacture unit. Our BOM are complex because they are including many parts. Genius Solutions MRP help us to plan and organize our production floor and controlling our inventory. It help us for traceability of products and component that have been use in the manufacturing unit. its Easy-to-use and very powerful if used properly
