Overall Satisfaction with Getscreen.me
We use this product in the office for personal employee connection to our computers in the office once they are out and about. I have also personally used it for friends and family when they need some basic troubleshooting with their personal computers. Our employees are able to connect without any issues, and friends/family are able to get support relatively pain-free on their end and easy. The only thing I would recommend for the team is to maybe implement some screenshots or something of what the customer would be seeing when they are trying to connect since I don't really have much of an idea of what they are seeing during that time.

- List of permanent computers that can be connected to with restrictions
- It would be nice if screenshots of what customers may possibly see when attempting to connect could be added to help guide them for an easier connection.
