Getscreen.me is a great remote access company I have rolled out across all of our remote sites to allow us to have access to the computers at our various locations to adjust our media software that runs at the various sites. Great for remote maintenance of our sites and fixing windows software problems.

I considered using the industry standard TeamViewer, as I have been a long-term user at home. However, when looking at the corporate plans - it is exorbitant amount of money they want for a commercial license.

In my search for an alternative, I came across Getscreen.me and I am SO GLAD I did - as they offer an amazing, easy to use solution with custom branding for remote clients running at the remote sites.

Well worth a look - as I am sure you will agree with me that value for money wise - nothing beats Getscreen.me!

We use Getscreen.me to access admin and production machines remotely. We were looking for something very lightweight, fast, and easy for end users to use. Getscreen.me fit all three of those requirements. It's quickly become our go-to remote access solution, bypassing the ones we already have available through identity management.

For an org that cycles guests in and out all year, it's really been a gamechanger.

In addition to remote desktop support, Getscreen.me has also been useful for management of remote machines or to manually start automated processes hosted by remote machines.

As long as there is internet connectivity, Getscreen.me is useful for connecting to your desktop or a server in order to work remotely. An example would be a dedicated machine for rendering video. We use Getscreen.me to log in and start the render. Connecting to a client desktop to provide on system support. There is the ability to log and record activity when the application is used, this would be helpful for monitoring activity of a remote desktop tech support team. Reporting is basic but provides enough information to track interactions.

The direct use case is the use of a remote software for client data management, automation implementation and after sales support. <br>It has been extremely helpful to have a secured and stable remote solution which helps to reduce the amount of traveling time or onsite support. A lot of time and money are saved from going to client's site. Some other use cases may be the support of internal business partners or colleagues in project discussions and knowledge sharing.

Once upon a time, TeamViewer was awesome. Then, they decided to alienate all of their user base and price themselves out of the market. These were the dark times for small IT shops. Sure, there were other options, but nothing quite did all of the things, or the implementation was too complex, or a few dozen other reasons why there was no Goldilocks solution. Then one day, a small program decided to fight back against the darkness. Getscreen.me checked all boxes other, lesser options failed to conquer. A new hero has arrived.

We have provided remote support after Covid for all worldwide employees working from home. To share team conferencing files, we used TeamViewer before the latest regulatory changes, but nobody had a formal license. Because we wished to add remote assistance for even more computer systems, including home office workers' desktop computers, we had to launch assistance efficiently without finding a new version of the TeamViewer application. GetScreen.me was the ideal solution. The QuickSupport feature enabled me to assist someone quickly and easily, and the Permanent Access feature made managing machines from being able to access them wherever I was simple. This troubleshooting couldn't be easier - either from the point of use or with regard to deployment to replace TeamViewer.

Since Covid, we have staff members all over the world working from home. We used to use TeamViewer for remote support when everyone was in offices, but we had an older Lifetime license that was no longer supported. When we needed to add remote support for a lot more computers, including home workers personal PCs, we needed to roll out support quickly and without the cost of a TeamViewer upgrade.

Getscreen.me was the perfect solution. The QuickSupport feature is great for when I need to help someone on a one-off basis, and the Permanent Access feature made managing desktops and servers easy from wherever I was and saved me many drives into the office to work on servers during the pandemic. I can't overstate how easy this was to handle - both from the point of use and the deployment to replace TeamViewer.

Getscreen.me is an extremely valuable tool for remote assistance. It’s essentially a screen sharing software that allows you to connect to a client’s computer through a web browser. The web screen sharing feature is a very useful tool as it permits for you to see exactly what it is that your client is viewing.The remote assistance operator can view all open windows on the client’s screen. This not only gives you a better understanding of the issue at hand, it also allows you to show a client how to resolve an issue.

I love Getscreen.me. It's been a game changer for our agency. After years of struggling with other (expensive) and less functional tools, Getscreen.me has the features and ease of use that we were looking for. I love the availability to quickly and easily access our computers and be able to download files from my desktop while remote. The android app and quick customer support features are the cherries on top!

  • The reporting of the remote calls could be filtered between dates and have the total number of hours.
  • This way we could issue a customer statement of the support requests.
  • It could also have a flag to determine if it counts in the statement or considers hours of support offered.
  • For example a client requests assistance, but it is a problem recognized as ours and we don't want to count it in the client's time bank.
  • This way it would show the total call time, flagged and non-flagged (the name of the flag could be configured by the user) so it could be used for other customers getscreen to use at their convenience.
In my experience, it has always served me in various scenarios, I have nothing to point out

This is the perfect software for in company support. We have getscreen.me installed into all our office computers so anyone of our employees can receive support quick and easy. <br>Forget teamviewer forever, this software is much more easier and lighter. It also have good security optiones like second factor authentication.

I love Getscreen.me and wish I had purchased this software sooner. The simplicity of the tool is fantastic; effortless to install and navigate. I was able to install the software for the first time and get a support session launched with an employee having difficulty with a remote workstation in less than 5 minutes. The UI is clean and straightforward, allowing me to complete a support session without viewing any tutorials. I can’t wait to dig deeper to learn how to fully use all the features and make the most of this tool. Having a user quickly launch into a support session is very helpful. The resolution and connection speed was excellent; it was as if I was operating my computer locally. We previously used Zoom or Teams to support remote employees. Never going back to those options!

We create online events and we've always had problems with speakers and attendees who didn't know how to use their computers. Getscreen.me was the best solution to solve all the problems. We used to use Zoom to help and support our clients, but then we met Getscreen.me and I found that this was a very professional app with which I can connect my users through our events without any problems. I mean, my audience is women over +50 who are not always used to working with computers, the internet, or technology. On the other hand, our technologies, even if are friendly are not friendly enough for older people. Getscreen.me helped us with this issue. We only send one magic link to our clients and we're able to solve the problem. Voilá! Amazing app.

I am using it daily to control particular remote computers and servers and also support friends. The good thing about Getscreen is that I do not need to install any software to do remote control. It works directly from the browser and this makes it much easy remote access from everywhere even if I travel. The developer team is very responsible and constantly adding new features requested by the customers. The support team is also on a very high level with their response according to the working time and time differences between continents.

Sometimes I need to provide support to friends or I want to discuss sharing my screen over the call within Getscreen. I just with one click generate an invitation code, share it and the sessions start. I am monitoring some specific computers and servers remotely, and with Getscreen I have unlimited time that I can spend with no issues at all. Additionally, I can just download files from the remote PC without a remote connection, just from the new Getscreen Windows Dashboard app.

One of the tools I use most often. It replaced my old subscription to TeamViewer which cost me a bone and does at least as well. It's a shame I can't take remote control of smartphones or ipads but I guess it will be possible one day. Personally, I got a great deal because I got it via a deal on AS which allowed me to pay a one-time fee for a lifetime license at a ridiculously low price. I can't recommend this tool enough if you happen to have to remotely help family, friends or clients. Sometimes, i also use it to do remote connection to my personal computer.

Using a smartphone or an ipad will not be possible which is a mess that i hope they'll solve soon.
Also, being able to co-surf with visitors of a website would be a big plus but, at the moment, it's only possible if customer download and launch software to allow you to take control of his computer.

We use this product in the office for personal employee connection to our computers in the office once they are out and about. I have also personally used it for friends and family when they need some basic troubleshooting with their personal computers. Our employees are able to connect without any issues, and friends/family are able to get support relatively pain-free on their end and easy. The only thing I would recommend for the team is to maybe implement some screenshots or something of what the customer would be seeing when they are trying to connect since I don't really have much of an idea of what they are seeing during that time.

I currently have investments in Deeper Network miners, and they all have their own computer and internet connection. Getscreen.me allows me to have them all on a web page and connect to any of them easily from any device with a web browser, despite them all having their own IP addresses that change constantly. I can then manage them away from home and move profits in and out and monitor the networks. I also provide remote IT support to a couple of truck companies as a personal favour.
  • It's user friendly. No technical knowledge required.
  • Has a high amount of features that can be used when you're connected.
  • Manageable from the dashboard, despite ever-changing IP addresses, the software manages all this.
  • No Raspberry Pi support (arm64)
  • No app or program for management, you must use a web browser. This works great though.
If you need to manage computers from a remote location. For example, if I go on holiday, and I want to check in on my mining PCs, I can just pull my phone out and do it in seconds. Or if a transport company based hundreds of miles away needs IT support, I can deal with it wherever I am in the world, as long as I have an internet connection and web browser. To be honest, this ticks all the boxes for any remote connection scenario, I can't think of a box it doesn't tick.
