The product has never let me down and has a number of very useful features.
I recently bought it because it's fair.And I'm very satisfied,it's been two years and I can't point to anything.

- The reporting of the remote calls could be filtered between dates and have the total number of hours.
- This way we could issue a customer statement of the support requests.
- It could also have a flag to determine if it counts in the statement or considers hours of support offered.
- For example a client requests assistance, but it is a problem recognized as ours and we don't want to count it in the client's time bank.
- This way it would show the total call time, flagged and non-flagged (the name of the flag could be configured by the user) so it could be used for other customers getscreen to use at their convenience.
