Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

My organization uses GiveSmart for our annual Gala and Golf Tournament. We use it for guest registration, listing, and allowing donors to bid on silent and live auction items, instant items, and check out.

Pros

  • Easy to use

Cons

  • Ability to have a concierge at an event for troubleshooting
  • Increased fundraising
It is very straightforward and easy to use as an organization.
The support is very responsive. It is available to help with any and all questions.
