We use GiveSmart to raise funds for our nonprofit organization's mission at least 1-2x per year.

Better website and functionality for donors. No view on ease of use as a manager.
Easy to add and view items.
Usually very prompt with answers to support questions.
We have been able to use the template to customize; however its flexibility is somewhat limited.
Fundraising events for large or small organizations. The website functionality is usable for a small organization but scalable to a large one.
