Our fundraising department used GiveSmart for our larger fundraising events.

It requires a lot of work to set up a campaign. Their guides are great and online chat help works really well!
Their online chat option works really well!
Creating a webpage is easy, customizing it is very limited and any font change or picture takes off the character limit, which can be rather limiting what you can do.
Works well for large in-person fundraising event, like gala, registration, auction and bidding. Doesn't work that well for instant item page customization.
