Our fundraising department used GiveSmart for our larger fundraising events.

Pros

  • Website quality.
  • Online chat support.

Cons

  • Feasibility to customize.
  • Improved efficiency.
  • Quicker statements, emails and letters using templates.
It requires a lot of work to set up a campaign. Their guides are great and online chat help works really well!
Their online chat option works really well!
Works well for large in-person fundraising event, like gala, registration, auction and bidding. Doesn't work that well for instant item page customization.
