Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

We used it for our school's benefit and auction. It was used by my department.

Pros

  • Very easy to use.
  • Great customer service if you have a question.
  • The person assigned to my event on the night of was absolutely amazing.
  • Closing the event and pulling reports after is also super easy.

Cons

  • I wish there was more freedom in designing the front page of the event site.
  • I wish it could host videos instead of having to plug in from YouTube or Vimeo.
  • Increased fundraising revenue.
  • Historical data on performance of revenue streams.
I switched from Bidpal years ago and have not looked back. The customer service was not great.
It is so intuitive. There are also so many articles to help if you have questions or want to get more creative.
Always there. Always helpful. Our rep for the day of the event went above and beyond and also was just a calming presence!
Definitely, the easiest software to use for auctions and benefits for both in-person and virtual events. I think the customer service is right on point!
