Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

We are executing a Hybrid Auction fundraiser and are using GiveSmart to allow for access to bid from an in-person and virtual component.

Pros

  • Thorough training videos.
  • User-friendly site.
  • Efficient, effective and friendly customer support.

Cons

  • Quicker response from CSM.
  • More ways to view in User Role.
  • Improved internal efficiency.
  • Created an ease for new users to not be afraid to use.
  • Increased visible accessibility for donors.
SUPER user-friendly! From managing the admin side to offering the link to a new user, the entire process is easy to navigate.
Our customer support team has been responsive, helpful, and understanding as we work to learn the ropes of GiveSmart and all it has to offer.
GiveSmart offers many ways to engage you in their services and plenty of companies who have been successful in using GiveSmart. I appreciated being put in touch with an agency that hosted an event similar to mine, allowing me to bounce questions about the software off of them.
