Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

We use it for event management and fundraising. It helps us organize our donors, auction items, and execute both live and virtual events. We have used the ticketing function, live auction, silent auction, and raffle.

I have only used other systems at other events. GiveSmart has worked so well that we have not needed to evaluate other options.
Everything is rather intuitive, and relatively easy to use and troubleshoot.
Support has been good and responsive. Account management has not been as responsive. Many times items that we consider as bugs or issues are actually how they system intended so we have recommended areas for improvement.
The design builder allows us to customize our visuals to meet our brand. There are a few things like the item certificates and big displays that we wish we could customize more.
It is well suited for large auctions with a volume of silent auction items and number of bitters and bids. It does a good job of organizing images and enabling donors to search through auction items.
