Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

The Development Department is using it to raise money for the school's Annual Fund through the auction and raffle component.

500% better than BidPal. More savvy and all around easier to use for both auctioneer and online attendees.
It's by far the easiest online platform I've used and NO GLITCHES! No error upload. No 'refresh your page' and I love the automatic saves.
My rep wasn't always responsive. Sometimes I would have to email two or more times to get an answer but if I called in - the phone customer service folks were exceptional.
50/50 - I feel like it should be more like Canva or Constant Constant so we can pick our own templates and customize the look a bit more.
The program reduces the number of volunteers needed to run an auction. GiveSmart thinks of everything - marketing, assistance with setting minimum bids, easy dashboard to track minute by minute action. It was also a huge time saver between templated texts and emails and quick and easy uploads. GiveSmart is a nice way to work with a small volunteer group or reduce the drag of having to ask another parent to volunteer again to help the school when they have probably already volunteered for the year.
