Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart
Givesmart makes our job so much easier! We are able to set up events with silent auction, raffle, tickets sales and more. Everything is streamlined and we can analyze data much faster. For recurring events, we are able to duplicate the campaign which saves time and money. Having everything at our fingertips, in one place makes for an efficient event and appeal process. We love Givesmart!
- All the information is in one place and easy to find
- Set up is streamlined and easy to do
- Reports are easy to access and very complete
- silent auction is easy to set up and looks good, sell sheets at the touch of a button
- The accounting during and after an event is difficult. The way the deposits are made in your account if you have multiple events at the same time makes it so much work.
- Adding a volunteer (dummy) account can be difficult but once you learn how, it is easy
- Customer support is sometimes not up to speed, I find I know more than they do often
- Definitely increased revenue
- Increased the donors bidding from home
- Communication to attendees is very easy
- Reports allow us to analyze data points
Givesmart is perfect for our size of events. We were paying for perks in Bid Pal that we didn't use.
Very effective. And we are getting better the more we use the site. Lots of options to play with:)
