Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

We are using it to collect money. So far, we have used it for donation events, camps, and an alumni event.

Pros

  • Easy backpage.
  • CRM options.
  • Text to get set up is very simple.

Cons

  • Options on the landing page.
  • Options on the placement of buttons/logos.
  • We can connect easier.
  • We can collect quicker.
  • We can track more effectively.
More options - text-to-give.
Most options are great, but some need more creativity.
Their support team is awesome!
