Overall Satisfaction with GoCo

I am the controller for a non-profit who uses GoCo. I love how quickly we can onboard and offboard employees and delegate the workflows related to those processes within GoCo. New employees fill out everything in one spot, and then I go there when updating our payroll - I love having one spot for all the information and forms.

Cons

  • I don't have any & and I know we are not using all the features available to us.
  • We save so much time when onboarding new employees
  • We look much more organized and professional in the new hire process (because we are, thanks to GoCo)
I find GoCo very intuitive and user friendly, with modern aesthetics which is a nice bonus.

I've recommended GoCo to several accounting colleagues who are looking for HR management solutions for their business or their clients. It's the only tool I've found that is as comprehensive.
