Overall Satisfaction with GoCo
We use GoCo primarily for benefits administration. We also use the payroll sync feature to have any benefit deduction changes updated in our payroll system. GoCo has made it easy and seamless for employees to have access to a self-service benefits administration tool. We have also benefitted from using the workflows feature within the tool to ensure we are not missing any steps when onboarding or offboarding an employee.

Cons
- allow users to operate the tool as only a benefits admin tool (do not require employees to fill out tax info when onboarding, since we do not use goco for payroll)
- Payroll function needs to be improved in order to compete with industry giants such as paychex and adp.
- positive - Goco has saved us time on labor cost reporting
we chose goco over paychex for benefits administration because it is broker agnostic. Paychex requires you to use their broker.
