Used by all to manage schedules, book meetings, send agendas, include zoom links
- easy to use
- awesome mobile interface to move meetings as needed
- easy to integrate multiple personal/work calendars to one view
- can be difficult to switch which calendar an appointment is on without deleting and recreating
- also would be great to send invites to new attendees from calendar in mobile/desktop when you don't own the meeting
- easier to manage time
- makes sure i don't double book
outlook is more cumbersome and kind of sucks on mobile in my experience
