Overall Satisfaction with Google Cloud AI

It´s used to archive of all fundamental data of the company, so it´s crucial to have one source of truth through all the group. It´s individual member can access there, all the necessary data to perform his work.

  • Facility to share info with others
  • Although you can easily share data you can also maintain the proper controls

Cons

  • Use AI for recognizing documents in several languages
  • Use AI to help properly storage docs
  • Avoiding storage in paper
  • Ease to share docs with internal/external stakeholders
I give 8 because although it´s a tool I really enjoy working with, I think Google Cloud AI's impact is just starting, therefore I can visualize a lot/space of improvements in this tool. As an example the application of AI in international environments with different languages is a good example of that space/room to improve.

Very user friendly to work with specially in international environments. This comes along with the ease to set up controls per person of the access to the data. The access via email is also a very nice feature that helps to quickly reply/view what is needed. The thing to improve is helping the user to properly storage info in a way that can be easily tracked.
