This tool is being used in our organization by a specific management team, we are using the speech Cloud API. The truth is, to our team of researchers in the behavior field, it has been extremely useful. The savings in the hours-man equation is something wonderful. Now an activity that took us weeks of time invested before, we can do it in hours. And of course, now we dedicate more time to developing activities carried out with the result of our investigations in relatively short time, thanks to this application.

We decided to use the Google tool because it is better suited to our needs as a team. The other tools seemed very interesting to us, but what made us choose the Google tool is that with the others we would have had to have chosen another tool from the same provider in order to graph our data. With this tool, we do not.

The most talked about in our area of expertise were Google Cloud AI and Microsoft Azure. At this moment I checked availability, we decided to go with Google AI because we already used other Google tools and this application should work perfectly with these complementary tools.

If I had to do it again, I would not change anything, I made the decision because of the experience with the supplier and its related applications.
