Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive

I as an IT professional utilize Google Drive for several reasons. I share documents and photos with colleagues from my personal account. I keep commonly used files on my Google drive. I also keep files that are private to me on Google drive so that I may access them from anywhere, work, or home, or on the road. Unfortunately our organization does not use it, as a small government agency, we keep all of our data in house, not in the cloud.
  • Stores Data
  • Allows sharing of data
  • Allows access of data from multiple devices and locations
  • Raising limits of storage for customers that also have Android devices that back up photos
  • Integrate with Google Play music library, so that files are more easily accessible?
  • Honestly, it is a good tool, not much to improve upon
  • Faster field resolution to issues
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • Better customer service
