Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive
Google Drive is being used by every member of the Rental Advisors team. We use it primarily to instantly update our vacancy list. It is great at informing team members of any changes to a property in real time, as the status of a property is always important. Property managers and Admin Team alike use Google Drive daily.

- Excel calculation capabilities eliminates errors
- Filtering Tool simplifies work.
- Google Drive often has difficulty if too many users are logged on at once.
- Lag in updates during peek hours.
- Saved Changes need to be refreshed often, sometimes requiring that you log in again.
- Unfortunately we do not have access to our ROI numbers.
- It has improved our overall efficiency.
