Overall Satisfaction with Google Marketing Platform (formerly DoubleClick)
Google Marketing Platform (GMP) is the main platform used by my agency across the whole organization - by multiple departments. We use it to manage our digital media.
- Intuitive and easily navigable interface.
- Widely used and recognized.
- Support is sometimes lacking when it comes to more complex situations.
- There needs to be more options for exporting information.
- We are able to conduct A/B testing fairly easily in order to improve our strategy
- GMP makes optimizations simple
Adform has the worst support service I have ever encountered. I had to wait days for an answer, and would usually just be given a link to their support documentation which didn't provide the answer I needed. The interface is extremely confusing, and requires far too many steps to carry out a task. Sizmek is still Flash based, and I was continually not seeing features in the UI because Flash was blocked. This made it incredibly confusing. GMP is easy to use, support is easily contactable - either through email or live chat, and intuitive.
