Overall Satisfaction with Google Meet
A simple and indispensable tool for the home office!! We use it every day, Google Meet is one of the most used tools in the company. We do all our daily meetings there, the weekly and monthly ones as well. there are many internal meetings with customers through Meet! we spend an average of 40 minutes in our daily meetings, the weekly meetings are around 60 minutes, and the monthly meetings are also around 60 minutes. As our company operates entirely from home, it is an indispensable tool for us.
- Presentation, fast and quality image.
- Works with a bad connections.
- Backup call, if we have problems we can use a number to call and continuous at de call, just calling a phone number!
- Simple to use
- Personalization of the organization of the camera screens presents in the call.
- Improve the chat, I don't know, but it should improve usability or accessibility, maybe stay in another part of the meet space.
- Notifications, I hate forget a call, maybe if I stay at the main room I could be noticed.
- Reduction in travel costs for a face-to-face meeting.
- Increased frequency of contact with customers, which impacts contract stays, more sales, etc.
- Work close with the team all day (in call).
- Webex Meetings and Zoom
Because Meet is simple to use, you use it with weaker internet, you can quickly integrate it with your schedule and maintain a controlled meeting frequency. If you use G-suit as a whole, you have more control and integration of the tools, which makes it a lot easier, but Google meet in itself is a raffle tool for meetings.
