- Webex App, Microsoft Teams and Zoom Events & Webinars
It stands out because of its user friendly interface which is quite intuitive and simple to use and its integration with Google work space. Unlike Zoom which comes up with more advanced webinar features. Meet provides ease of use and accessibility. As compared to Microsoft Teams which is great for enterprise collaboration. meet is quite lighter and faster as well as one can organize meetings in a few clicks. On the other hand Webex comes up with robust security and high level enterprise features but its UI is feels outdated as compared to meets clean design. All these tools are quite heavy and significantly lags while using apart from meet which is very light and can even work on web browsers without any hassle. I choose Google Meet because of its seamless integration with other Google apps, minimal setup is required and reliability making it an ideal tool for our regular organization requirements. If a business looking for a tool Google Meet often becomes a right choice as it would not increase operational costs and is a quite budget friendly software.
