Overall Satisfaction with Google My Business
We basically use our Google My Business listing in order to list our website and to be listed on the right side of the search panel for more brand awareness as well as for SEO. It helps to increase our brand awareness significantly since our brand name is a general term.

- It generates traffic to our website.
- Easy to use and set up and does not take a lot of time. Also easy to edit should you need to make changes.
- There could be some better learning materials and training out there.
- Constant upgrading requires going back and editing the listing constantly.
- It is free to use so there are only benefits besides the time it took to make the listing.
- Helps us generate traffic to our website.
Google My Business is the only application that we have used like this and there is no reason to use any other.
