Overall Satisfaction with Google Vault

Google Vault provides a huge amount of cloud space therefore we use Google Vault at our organization for archiving data. It has the Google UI which makes it easier to use and navigate. We at our organization use Google Vault to search through data and find strings of emails using keywords.
  • Data archiving
  • Searching through data with the help of keywords
  • It has a data retention policy which is very useful
  • The export tools needs to be improved by leaps and bounds.
  • Provision to add more strings, and keywords needs to be sorted out.
  • The pricing is too high and needs to be lowered.
  • Massive cloud data storage
  • Sorting and relevance features
  • Data archiving and excellent UI
  • Work efficiency
  • It helps save a lot of time and effort.
  • The pricing is a bit too high and sometimes minimizes our profits.
Google Vault has a much better UI compared to Bloomberg and hence helps in navigation within the software. Bloomberg has better pricing and is much lower than Google Vault. The export feature in Bloomberg is also better than Google Vault by miles. But due to brand value and pre-existing relationships, my organization chose Google Vault.

Do you think Google Vault delivers good value for the price?

No

Are you happy with Google Vault's feature set?

No

Did Google Vault live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Google Vault go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Google Vault again?

Yes

Once. my organization gave me a task to find out all the data related to complaints that we had got regarding pricing and video playback. So I used Google Vault with the keywords 'price' and 'playback issue' and a string of emails appeared with all the data related to the issue. IT was a real-time-saver and helped a lot in that situation.
