Overall Satisfaction with Google Workspace Essentials

We use Google Workspace Essentials for all our daily corporate needs, including email, calendars, documentation, financial processing, virtual meetings, storage, website domain registration and billing, organizational/team groups and structures, contacts and directories, device and end point management, networks management, apps management, security management, data management and compliance, usage reporting, cost reporting, and account management. Google Workspace is the only organizational software that we use.

Google Workspace is very easy to use. Even the advanced features are also rendered with an intuitive user interface. Opting into new features is easy, with a clear indication of whether they cost extra or free. Communications about new features as well as security threats are easy to understand and follow up on.

Workspace is very well suited for daily organizational processes such as document authoring, reporting, document storage, billing, secured endpoint access, generative AI (Gemini) embedding into email writing, video conferences, user management, billing, domain registrations, and more. Internal and external data sharing across users and applications is easy. Data and user security are easy to deploy. There are some features that we are just beginning to use, such as Google Classroom, Voice, enhanced security policies, enhanced group management, Notebook, and audit and investigations.
