Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve

The entire purpose of using this tool was to allow us access into the customer's home to see the equipment without physically being there or dispatching a tech. It is doing just that! The app is extremely easy to use for both the Customer Service and Customer aspect, especially when most of our customer base we'd use this tool for is over the age of 55. The only downfall is when trying to use the app to troubleshoot on a mobile device, the customers are required to download the app, which most are very reluctant to do. They are much more likely to just click a link to allow access, vs physically downloading something on their phone, even when they can delete it afterward.

It's very easy to use, with the exception of having the customer download the app for mobile device troubleshooting.
It's had a great impact. We are still new to this tool, but look forward to what all we are able to do with it presently and in the future.

Like stated before, I think that if the app weren't required to troubleshoot on mobile devices that would make it MORE convenient. It's already a great tool, but would like to see that vs downloading an app.
