Overall Satisfaction with GoToMyPC
My staff and I use GoToMyPC on a regular daily basis and specifically during Covid lockdown it was an absolute invaluable tool. I travel in my work quite a lot and it is easy to log on wherever I am in the world to keep me in touch with staff and clients equally.
- Very easy to log on from laptop, ipad or iphone, hotel computers for example
- Useful for all applications, including Zoom or Teams with no additional cost
- Unlimited access for staff
- Hard to find settings (for me anyway) and change the time that it remains online
- General ability to review office files and emails so greater control of business
- Ability to view staff productivity and monitoring of workload
