Overall Satisfaction with GoToMyPC
GoToMyPC worked well for a year. Later, however, the software and system have been a huge letdown for me. I am unavble to connect to my host computer remotely. My fee is paid annually by Autopay, but I cannot use the service. There has been a glitch in establishing a connection, and, in my experience, GoToMyPC has been no help whatsoever in assisting me to recover my account. My passwords no longer work, and I cannot obtain a new password. I spoke for several minutes with GoToMyPC Support to no avail....this company is based in India and, in my opinion, its support team have limited grasp of English and are barely understandable over the phone. If you have a problem with your GoToMyPC, remember I warned you - in my opinion, you won't get much help from GoToMyPC.
- It was great when it worked, then not so much
- I think GoToMyPC has very poor support for its product and connection isuses
- In my experience, I am not getting what I paid for....to that extent, it's not just a poor value for me, it's a rip-off.
- I sternly warn against expecting any ROI
