Overall Satisfaction with Grammarly

Grammarly has been amazing in helping me make corrections to my grammar, misspellings, and typos for the past year now. It has really helped me write professional-looking copy for our marketing newsletters. It actually just helped me out in the last sentence! It suggested I hyphenate the word "professional-looking." It's very easy and intuitive to use.
  • Intuitive interface: Integrates well with your computer and offers suggestions via pop-up bubble when you hover over a word Grammarly has deemed incorrect.
  • Good quality, accurate software: There have been times I've sought out a second opinion from google on a suggestion that Grammarly made, and lo and behold, Grammarly and Google were in agreement!
  • I find that I get logged out of Grammarly quite frequently. It's a bit bothersome but I don't mind having to sign back in.
  • There are no other real down sides! I think the software is top notch.
  • Ease of use: I'm able to make corrections quickly and move on
  • Professional appearance: It helps our brand look professional and polished in anything that we write.
  • Though there are no concrete numbers to back this notion, I'd imagine Grammarly has had a positive impact on ROI. I can't imagine someone seeing a paragraph that's too perfect and thinking, "Hmmm, too professional. I think I'll pass."
I haven't used any other software similar to Grammarly, this is the first software I've tried for this purpose and I haven't tried any other due to the fact that it's able to do everything I need. I'm using the free version of this software so I can only imagine the paid version would be even better!

Do you think Grammarly delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Grammarly's feature set?

Yes

Did Grammarly live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Grammarly go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Grammarly again?

Yes

Grammarly is well suited for anyone really but especially those writing copy for email newsletters, website product pages, or even copy for Facebook and Instagram ads. I do find though that when writing colloquial English, Grammarly can tend to be a bit annoying since it's trying to correct words that are unintentionally written incorrectly (i.e. - "summa time" or "whadya mean").
