It is being used by our talent team across the organization. It helps streamline communications between the company and potential candidates, while also leaving room for keeping track of, and managing, the perfect candidate.
- Easy to navigate: the setup for stages of which candidates are at makes it easy for everyone with access to see notes and progress of that candidate.
- Streamlined: able to follow which candidate is a great fit and able to move candidate profile for different role/location.
- There are no cons at the moment.
- Saves time through automated emails
- Narrows search and allows phone screening before bringing candidate on site for interview
- Allows for communications across different retail locations and tagging for a potential fit in role and location
We are a start-up company, and prior to greenhouse we did not use any other ATS.
