Efficient tool

Greenhouse is used by the entire company to manage applications to internal and external job postings. It's a very helpful tool to manage applicants and to interview candidates. My team specifically uses it to submit referrals to positions, and we also use it to interview our candidates. I appreciate the ease of access and use. It's got a great user interface. When interviewing a candidate, Greenhouse's "interview kit" feature keeps track of the questions that we are suggested to ask and offers us a chance to record our reactions to the candidate's questions within the kit itself. I find the automated reminders to fill out our scorecards within the hour, so that we do not forget to have it completed before the next round of interviews conducted by more senior members of the team. It addresses the issue of managing several hundred candidates in various stages of the application process, and it solves it very well.
