Overall Satisfaction with Greenlight Guru
We use Greenlight Guru to address company-wide training initiated by our Quality department. It's a great repository and electronic document management system for quality system and non-quality system documents. This system ensures everyone is up to date on their training and is trained to perform their daily tasks. It also keeps a record of everyone's training in case the company is audited.
- Simple interface
- Pretty decent UI
- Showing how many trainings are left
- Instructions on how to complete a training for the first time.
- Notifying employees of new trainings.
- Dashboard showing how many trainings remain.
- Repository for company procedures.
- Helped keep track of who trained to what within the biotech company, true importance (especially useful for audits).
- A great training system and repository for quality/non-quality system documents in one.
Greenlight Guru definitely has the better/more easily understood UI. I've tried several other training systems and haven't bumped into any of the issues I've faced before, like my training being completed by another person or glitches within the system. Greenlight Guru is a program that doesn't take too long to learn to use and get used to using.
