Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is efficient and simple to use. My colleagues enjoy the simplicity of client followup and engagement as this drives our business. The success of our client experience relies heavily on maintaining an active banking relationship with them. Groove makes it simple for us employees across all business lines to manage the relationship well!

  • Sync with events and calendar.
  • The application sometimes stops computing.
  • Less “oops” moments when trying to log in.
  • Keep the syncing features.
  • Return on time.
  • Return on efficiency, maintaining client relationships.
  • The workflow of my colleagues, we can do more with our time.
The support has been outstanding, my bank has really got behind Groove and my managers and our district and regional retail executives have championed using Groove as an aspect of everyday business practices. There is not one day where we are helping clients or maintaining their relationship and not utilizing Groove to give updates, promotions on services, wishing them happy birthday or simply saying thank you for choosing us.

When using Salesforce, Groove is well suited for tracking email communication as well as events and tasks. Groove does not have many cases when it is not appropriate to use, however when setting an appointment for clients Groove is not needed for calendar invites or automated notifications. Again, it’s hard to think of a time it’s not useful.
