Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove is being used by the sales organization at my company, primarily by SDRs to organize campaigns and automate dialing.
Pros
- Call-Dialer is awesome.
- User Interface helps keep me organized.
- Analytics on numbers of meetings, calls, and connects are helpful metrics.
- LinkedIn connection is great.
Cons
- Personalizing messages within flows is not able to be done at scale.
- Editing/managing templates is cumbersome.
- Positive impact for SDR team for gaining visibility to what we are doing.
- Negative impact from increased pressure to call people for the numbers even if they aren't very high priority.
