Used across the whole organization for micro learning scenarios.
- Grovo doesn't seem contrived
- Grovo has lots of pre-made content for users
- Grovo doesn't seem rote and mechanical like other learning services
- It can be difficult for any e-learning service not to seem mechanical in nature when it comes to the average employee performing learning tasks
- Many of the "problems" that grovo might seem to display would actually be a function of the organization implementing them
- Grovo provides a way to launch learning short learning solutions for specific scenarios and activities
- Grovo doesn't get "in your face" like some other platforms may
Other services I have used (I can't even remember their names) have been launchable only through Internet Explorer and buggy, if a question is answered errantly and an employee tries to go back, the entire platform crashes
