Overall Satisfaction with Grovo

We use Grovo to bring new team members up to speed on the workings of the company. We have replaced our entire in house training system with Grovo with positive results. Previously we had a system of reading and summarizing to impart new concepts to employees, this system took a lot of man hours to setup and maintain. Mid last year we made a transition to Grovo to see if we could cut down on the upkeep for our inhouse training system. After a few weeks of use we decided to switch the entire company training system over to Grovo. We have had stellar results thus far, information retention among employees has greatly increased. We have also received numerous comments on ease of use.

Previously we were using Blackboard and an inhouse solution. Both of these took many hours to get ready for new training objectives and provided mediocre employe skill retention. Grovo reduced the overhead for training and has produced better results regarding employee skill retention. We selected Grovo because it was a better solution, it was easier and provided a better result.
Grovo is fantastic for bringing a team of people up to speed and for teaching a few things to a large audience. We found Grovo to be lacking when specific training is required or when the training required a certain level of skill. Grovo is fantastic for broad training, less so for specific depth training.
