Overall Satisfaction with Grow.com

For companies looking for a fully featured business intelligence platform, I'd keep looking. However, when you know what you're getting—easy and quickly visualized data, primarily for marketing and sales, then Grow is really going to shine. It's simple, easy to use, easy to integrate, and looks pretty darn good. It's still relatively new, so there's some catching up to do, but it's really solid as a dashboard platform.
  • Visualizations are really solid. It's extremely well designed and laid out.
  • UX and UI is fantastic. Gives you exactly what you're looking for, and typically where you're looking for it.
  • Simple to integrate common platforms and pull data.
  • There are basic labeling issues with some of the graph types. Wish there was more customizability here, especially on complex graphs.
  • Could help more with analysis of data and trends, but that's going into full-fledged BI territory.
  • The functionality of being able to snapshot data isn't quite there.
I've used all three products listed, and Salesforce really lacks even with their own reports. We started using Grow almost exclusively for displaying and visualizing Salesforce data. At a previous company, we used Geckoboard, which I would consider more of a direct competitor. It was a solid product, but I feel like Grow has more ease of integration and is flat out better looking with their visualizations, and seems to have more customizability. We used to use Domo at my current place, and while we really liked it, but we weren't using it's full BI capabilities and needed something simpler for our business unit to quickly and easily display our KPIs.
Could expand the range of data sources available, and also add more ability in merging data from different sources, but again, the latter is not necessarily something I would expect from this tool. It still has some maturing to do, but I definitely think they're on the right path. At some point, graduating to a full BI solution might make sense, but we may also keep Grow for the simple function of quickly and easily getting pretty visualizations around our data out to the organization.
Solid. They allow multiple users, which is great, with certain levels of access control. We display the data in a TV array, but we can also share individual dashboards around the organization.
Grow is very well suited for data visualization and dashboards. It is very slick looking—we keep our common sales and marketing KPIs on an array of TVs, and it's pretty. I like how they call and receive data, keeps everything really up to date. If more statistics or in-depth analysis is needed, Grow really isn't the right tool. If you want to display KPI data simply and beautifully, it's a perfect tool.
