Overall Satisfaction with Hevo Data

We use Hevo mainly to move Salesforce data to/from Salesforce
  • 5 Minute Sync with Salesforce
  • Transformations
  • Auto Schema Mapping
  • Push to Salesforce
  • Support - their support teams try to be helpful, but often miss the mark
  • Error logging - we've run into a few issues debugging errors and limited support is provided by Hevo
  • 5-Minute Salesforce Sync
  • Transformations
  • Hevo Activate
  • Saved us 1000s of dollars compared to Fivetran
  • Saved engineering time by using Hevo transformations
Much lower cost and faster syncs but not as good support. More flexible in terms of pricing, though. Fivetran requires annual contracts and is very inflexible.

Hevo is a fantastic solution for the cost. We switched from Fivetran to Hevo at 1/5th the price of what we were paying Fivetran and actually received a better product in the process. Fivetran was asking us to pay additional for 15-minute Salesforce syncs and Hevo offered 5-minute sync by default!
