Overall Satisfaction with Hibob

I have used Hibob in two organisations, both being start-ups. We were starting with an array of google sheets which were not fit for purpose so we needed to onboard onto a HRIS platform that could not just be the platform for HR security and employee data but also a "one stop shop" for everything from feedback to time-off booking, to talent management.
  • Excellent Customer Success and support
  • Very receptive to feedback and continually evolving the platform and new features
  • Task lists make basic processes more efficient
  • Good integrations with other platforms
  • I'd love surveys to have the option of being non-anonymous as well as anonymous and for admins to be able to respond to feedback

  • Evolving the talent function - including 121 trackers, better usability of the performance review cycles
