Overall Satisfaction with Hibob

We rolled out Hibob as a one stop shop for all our people needs. It houses all our people data, company docs, onboarding, surveys. Previously we had a very basic underused system but now our team are engaging with the platform and enjoying that it gives a face and community to a remote company.

We used Breathe before and it had incredibly basic functionality. It's hard to compare because there's a big difference in price point - but no one interacted with Breathe and it was only used for tracking holidays.

I've found Hibob does everything I need it to. I think the task lists are great but could do with some improving with regards to being able to assign others tasks that might have come to you. In that area it could be improved and the visibility of whats happening. Maybe dashboards to see what stage new starters are at or when task lists are about to triggered for some people.
