Overall Satisfaction with Hibob
Hibob is used as the HRIS system for the organisation. It drives HR-related processes, however, the majority of these require input to other systems Essentially it is used as a confidential data store for information on People and is being used as a place to hold policy information as well
- Acts as a confidential Data Store
- Reporting - its dreadful
- Security - Seems to be all or nothing
- Look and Feel - not great
- Questionnaires - limited
- HR needed a system quickly to cope with growth, Hibob plugged the gaps they had
