Overall Satisfaction with Hibob

It’s our main HR system. We use it for onboarding my people, time off, talent planning, time off, generate reporting, key people kpi analysis.

It’s also our self service hr system where people can log in, look at their data, book time off and read about key company announcements and news.

It’s extremely ease in customise field and adaptability when it comes to generate report.

You can easily add field and manipulate data even before download the report. This makes a massive difference when looking to get a clearer picture of your organisation.
The dashboard gives you an instant snapshot of some very helpful insights
I am being repetitive, but it’s really high adaptability is what makes the difference.

Other system are not so customisable or flexible when it comes to generate data or create forms for instance.
Also the user interface is really intuitive and easy to use. Also very good point for the customer service.

It’s really highly customisable.
You can create your own forms, automation and add tons of data field for people to fill in.
The report functionality is great and easy to use.

The survey section is limited and it doesn’t offer 360 feedback function which could be really helpful when conducting one to one for managers
