Overall Satisfaction with HighBond by Galvanize
We use HighBond by Galvanize to manage all of our Internal Audit and SOX Compliance activities. It helps streamline and organize all of these activities and make it easy to add users across the company. This allowed us to have a web based solution that was easily accessible and was a significant upgrade in terms of organizing and setting up our annual audit calendar.
- Simplicity and ease of use
- Extremely smooth set up
- Excellent performance and minimal technical issues
- The report writing feature is very powerful
- The current setup does not have a risk management option.
- There is not an easy way to catalog all audits and then cycle through them.
- The set up of tabs within a project can be a bit cumbersome and excessive.
- HighBond by Galvanize streamlined our audit finding reporting immensely.
- HighBond by Galvanize reduced hours spent on SOX control status reports.
- There has not been the reduction in time on reports as we would have hoped.
HighBond by Galvanize was by far the easiest program to set up, implement, and have running in a very short amount of time. It was also very easy for our users to have a moderate understanding of all the features in a short amount of time. The biggest downfall in compared to other products though has been the lack of automatic report generating capabilities for report writing.
