Overall Satisfaction with HipChat
Everyone if our company uses HipChat. We love the simplicity of it and some of the fun things you can do. 95% of the conversation on chat are work related but we also use it to congratulate each other on jobs well done (GIF's are fun). The ability to call chat and video conference with everyone even if they are out of the office (with the App) is nice. Screen shares are a breeze.

- Grouping teams togeather
- Sharing files
- The security if overkill. I can't ever remember my password because the length of it and all of the different keys and symbols it wants for all passwords.
- More intergrations with other system like JIRA
We were using google chat before and its a night and day difference in a great way. HipChat is so much more than a simple chatting tool its a complete communication platform for all business related items.
