Overall Satisfaction with HipChat
Hipchat is used across our whole organization and it is beneficial for us because we are an internationally based company. In the tech world it allows us to share ideas with those that are not necessarily in our different offices. It allows us to work anywhere and still keep a great line of communication.
- I like that you can have different rooms created specifically for different project groups.
- I like that you can easily share documents.
- I also like that you can at mention several people and get notifications when you may have missed something important.
- Better searching ability for old conversations.
- The video calling capability could be improved.
- Better offline notifications.
