hireEZ is a very efficient sourcing tool that helps manage the sourcing process, share projects, set up email campaigns and gather relevant market data. The insights tool provides powerful data that help our recruiters have insightful conversations and advise our business partners. hireEZ can also help with diversity initiatives and support with market data for job leveling. Its powerful AI makes recommendations even when not actively recruiting for a role. We've leveraged it by creating candidate pipelines and helping our business leaders prioritize desired skills and experience in any given role.

- It's made me a better recruiter, and frankly, I used to not love sourcing, now it seems fascinating to me! This tool provides so much data, you can play with the criteria until you land on a profile that you want to look for. When done with a specific search line, you can move on to add other elements, skills, nice to haves, diversity aspects. It's truly an exciting tool in our arsenal as recruiters to present solid candidates but also a better hiring manager experience. The data it provides is great.
I would say hireEZ is 10 times better than having the LI Recruiter license for a fraction of the cost. It's much more efficient, it helps you manage projects, candidate communication in a much better way. I would recommend it 100%.
