Overall Satisfaction with hireEZ

At Amdocs, we use hireEZ as part of the tools Talent Acquisition teams globally use for sourcing candidates. It offers additional data on candidates as well as more candidates than only using LinkedIn. In addition to the sourcing capabilities, hireEZ provides market insights that can assist with sourcing strategies.

hireEZ is a similar tool to Entelo, but it provides more integration, customer support, and forward thinking regarding what new features to add. The hireEZ platform is a good tool to include, in addition to Linkedin Recruiter, as it will provide additional candidates that meet your criteria than you would find only using LinkedIn.

We started off a few years ago with a few licenses and now are at enterprise level agreement globally! The support from the hireEZ team is amazing... always willing to listen to feedback, introducing new features, and willing to assist with any integration process. If you are only using Linkedin Recruiter, I recommend diversifying your sourcing tool set by implementing hireEZ. We see an increase in matched candidates, many we would not have found on LinkedIn. This additional sourcing tool has enabled us to meet our hiring goals for the year.

hireEZ Support

The support team is proactive with information, sharing changes or new features, conducting training, etc. It is not a pull scenario, as with other vendors, where I have to ask for what is going on. Instead, the hireEZ team is reaching out to us to follow up, provide information, etc.

I love their proactiveness and desire for us to use the tool to its full potential!

Yes - Yes, we have had an instance where some users could not log in through SSO. We immediately received support and determined it was on our side and worked with our IT to get it fixed.
Every time I have worked with anyone from hireEZ we have received great support. Recently, we had a call to review usage and discussed our internal challenges with email integration. The team walked through the challenges, and how we can resolve them and shared a technical document we can share with IT to get the ball moving again.
