Overall Satisfaction with Homesnap

I used HomeSnap for buyer and seller leads. When I first started in 2021-2022 - when real estate was hopping - I received one or two decent leads. After my first year the quality and supply of any REAL leads VANISHED. They will send me a lead from Ocala (or anywhere in Florida) which is 3 hours from where I live (Like I am going to drive 3-6 hours to show property) and send them to me as a buyer lead . Even then when I contact this "supposed lead" the email is bad and the phone number does not work. Initially when I first signed up they were calling me to schedule time to review my leads. Now I cant get them on the phone or respond to my emails to save my life. When I do get them on the phone they tell me that they gave me a good lead like 8-10 months ago. They will try to qualify leads and then 10 days after they have been contacting a completely NON RESPONSIVE LEAD they will send it to you and tell you it is a qualified lead in your pipeline. This is after they have been calling, texting and emailing this lead for 10 days with ZERO RESPONSE. This way they can say they are giving you leads. WHAT GOOD IS A 10 DAY OLD LEAD? It is completely WORTHLESS. You have to follow up with these leads immediately. It seems as if though since real estate has slowed down they have cut their costs and their work force and don't have any real people screening leads just an Artificial Intelligence BOT that sends you the leads 2 weeks late. So even if you had a possible lead if you don't call them within hours they have gone to another Realtor. I sadly paid for another year. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. YOU MIGHT AS WELL LIGHT YOUR $$$$ ON FIRE.
I have used Zillow and their leads are bonafide but costly - but they pay off. You actually speak to a live client on the phone. If I can get the person on the phone I can convert them. It is impossible to convert someone if their email address and phone number are fake and you cant communicate with them.... especially if you received the leads 2 weeks after that have initially made contact with Homesnap - due to their leads being processed by an AI bot and not having any real human interaction or urgency in getting the lead to you the Realtor.
