Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules
Hotschedules is being used across the whole organization with each department writing their own schedules. The logbook feature is also being utilized multiple times per day as a way for management and owners to document the shifts. The biggest problem that it addresses is communication. We are able to instantly share vital information with employees and between management.
- The ease of use for the staff members.
- Documentation from the logbook has been the biggest advantage.
- The latest update for scheduling was extremely difficult to use. The older way was much easier for our chefs who aren't exactly tech savvy.
- The template system never really worked for us as there were too many outside factors effecting a cookie cutter schedule.
